This three hour virtual workshop will provide the beginning foundation on how to integrate working with a Trapeze Table into your therapeutic treatments or Pilates sessions. This is suitable for Pilates Instructors looking to evolve to a practitioner as well as massage therapists, physiotherapists and kinesiologists. This is an introduction to experience the Balnc Pilates approach.

We will teach various sequences found in the Balnc Pilates approach as well as give you the chance to work on the Chair allowing you to feel how you can integrate chair work into your practice.
